Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing.

1. Working Days:

We operate every day except Fridays.

2. Branch Change:

You can update your city and branch from your subscription page in the app.

3. Delivery Times:

Delivery times are scheduled when adding the delivery service, based on available slots to avoid conflicts with other subscribers.

4. Missed Delivery:

If the customer does not respond to the driver at the delivery time, the meals will be returned to the restaurant. The customer may collect them within 48 hours only; otherwise, they will be disposed of for quality and safety reasons.

5. Pause Subscription:

You can pause your subscription by submitting a request at least 48 hours in advance. The total pause period must not exceed 14 days. Use the "Pause Subscription" option in the app.

6. Monthly Subscription Cancellation:

You may cancel your monthly subscription with a 20% administrative fee deducted from the remaining balance.

7. Cancellation Before Usage:

If you cancel the subscription before using any days, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Weekly Packages:

Cancellation is not available for weekly packages.

9. Tabby Subscriptions:

Cancellation is not available for subscriptions paid through Tabby.

10. Daily Meal Limit:

Subscribers are not entitled to receive more than their allocated daily meals.

11. Meal Repetition:

You may repeat chicken meals and sandwiches of all kinds within your daily meal allowance only.

12. Restaurant Responsibility:

The restaurant is not responsible for any meals not collected by the customer.
